Who is responsible

ariAid ApS, CVR 46480686, is the data controller. You can reach us at kontakt@ariaid.eu.

What we collect

Only what you write in the form: name, email and message, and if you like, clinic and phone number.

Why

We use the details to reply to your message. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering a message you have sent us (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Who processes them

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also runs the spam check (Turnstile). Your message is forwarded to our mailbox through Brevo, a French email service. Both process the details on our behalf. The website itself does not store your message.

How long

We keep your message in our mailbox for as long as the conversation needs it, and delete it no later than 12 months after it has ended.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by writing to kontakt@ariaid.eu. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk.

Cookies

ariaid.eu uses no cookies and no tracking.
